The Benefits of Raw Honey Are Amazing!

Discover the Power of Honey and Cinnamon Powder!

For Heart Disease:

Make a paste of honey and cinnamon powder, apply to bread instead of jelly or jam, and eat for breakfast.

Regular use will:

  • reduce cholesterol in the arteries

Make a paste with one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and five teaspoons of honey.  Apply three times a day until the tooth stops aching.

This one was particularly hard for me to believe, but I found a guinea pig who was happy to try it and reported RELIEF!  They were thrilled.

For Cholesterol:

Mix two tablespoon of honey and three teaspoons of cinnamon powder in sixteen ounces of hot water.

When giving this mixture to cholesterol patients, it was found to reduce the level of cholesterol in the blood by ten percent within two hours!

  • take three times a day to cure chronic cholesterol problems
  • pure honey taken with food daily is very effective against elevated cholesterol levels

For the Common Cold:

 

Mix one tablespoon of lukewarm honey and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder daily for three days.

Make a paste out of three talbespoons of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder.  Apply the paste on pimples before sleeping and wash off with warm water the next morning.  If done daily for 2 weeks it removes pimples from the root.

Applying honey and cinnamon powder in equal parts on the effected area will cure eczema, ringworm and all types of skin infections.

For Weight Loss:

Daily in the morning one half hour before breakfast on an empty stomach and at night before sleeping, drink honey and cinnamon powder boiled in one cup of water.

If taken regularly, it reduces the weight of even the most obese person. Also, drinking this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body even though the person may eat a high calorie diet.

For Fatigue:

One half tablespoon of honey in a glass of water sprinkled with cinnamon powder taken twice a day increases the vitality of the body within one week.
