Ever have your heart ripped out and handed to you with a smile?
Recently I have gone through some really disappointing situations.
Several people that I admire, and people that I count on have really let me down in just the past week.
When people shock you, does it mean that you never really knew them, or did they change?
In the case of co-workers and more casual acquaintances, odds are that you just never saw the ugliness underneath. You weren’t close enough to get spattered with it, anyway.
If you haven’t known someone long enough to see them go through hard times, then you really don’t know what’s inside of them.
When life applys pressure, what is within is squished out!
Sometimes when people show you their dark side, you are forced to put more distance between you.
Just because you love someone is no reason to allow yourself to be abused, physically or emotionally.
Finding a way to put distance between you and an abusive person is actually the kindest thing that you can do for them, as well as for yourself.
When there is distance you can find peace, and send positive healing energy their way.
Without distance, your relationship will deteriorate to hatred anyway.
There is probably an underlying issue that causes them to be so abusive, but it will not help them, and it will hurt you, to subject yourself to their abuse.
To fix this type of abusive relationship, you need distance and faith.
Is an abusive person worthy of your love and loyalty?
Can they change? Read more

Release Negative Energy So That You Can Vibrate With Joy!
Have you ever had your good mood soured by someone else’s bad attitude?
Shoot, with public cell phone use these days, you can share all the drama in a strangers life, if you stand in line with them long enough!
Ever tried NOT to eaves drop on half a conversation being screamed into a cell phone?
Its just not doable without putting a finger in each ear saying “LA-LA-LA-LA!” (No wonder so many people keep their ears plugged with audio devices.)
If that high decibel conversation is negative, and you forgot to bring your ipod, ya might be tempted.
If you prefer to avoid childish behavior in public,
Try This Helpful Tactic
*Visualize the noise hitting you like a brick wall for a few minutes.
*Now FEEL the noise passing through you, like the wind through the trees.
Feel the difference?
Like noise, you can’t necessarily SEE negative energy, but you CAN feel it!
When you bump into someone in a powerful bad mood, you can feel your good mood sour, can’t you?
Can you shake it off and continue with your happy day?
That depends entirely on how much negative energy you are carrying around in your body.
Would you like to reduce your stored negative energy so that you can stay happy even when someone is raining on your parade?
Would you truly like to discover the meaning of happiness?
The helpful tactic above is great in a pinch, but in order to literally vibrate with joy, you will need to consistently practice releasing negative energy.
Negative energy creates powerful emotions. When you release negativity, you release tension. You lighten your load.
Harness feelings of resentment, judgment, and dread, and you will rot your guts out!
Release them, and you will feel the weight of the world being lifted from your shoulders.
Aaaaahhhhhhhh……..it feels so wonderful to release that negative energy.
You can really notice what you are grateful for when you are light hearted.
When you notice what you are grateful for, you create powerful positive energy.
“Alright already, how the hell do I discover the meaning of happiness!?”
Is that what you are thinking?
Okay. Let’s make a road map to happiness, because when you get there, you will discover what YOUR “meaning of happiness” IS. Read more
Water Retention: Is That Bloated and Puffy Feeling Anything To Worry About?

“Everyone gets a little bloated and puffy feeling, right? It’s a bit annoying to get up and use the toilet all night long, but no worries…..right?”
If your doctor isn’t concerned, why should you be?
It’s just a little water retention.
There Are Reasons YOU Should Be Concerned About Excess Fluid:
- Your body becomes completely out of balance when it holds on to fluid in an effort to protect you.
- Any excess fluid interferes with absorption of OXYGEN and NUTRITION!
- The sooner you achieve a healthy fluid balance, the less damage will be caused to your kidneys, heart and other vital organs.
- Rapid accumulation of fluids can be life threatening.
- Not using water effectively stresses your body.
- If you use water more effectively you will use oxygen, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients more effectively.
Creating a healthy fluid balance may be as simple as reducing your exposure to toxins, making better food choices, or supplementation with the right amount of the right nutrient.
Feeling better may be within your grasp.
Water, Precious Water!
Your body needs water! It is an important component of every one of the trillions of cells that makes up your body.
As well as carrying nutrients and oxygen to the cells, water eliminates waste products from your body.
When your body loses the ability to maintain your fluid balance, you are on a slippery slope of deterioration.
- At first you may notice it in your skin and hair
- Then you will start noticing it in your energy level
- Your mental clarity and attitude will suffer as well
The most likely cause of early water retention is foods you eat frequently.
When your daily favorites start to cause an allergy or sensitivity related histamine release, you will retain water.
Do you eat out frequently?

Fluid Retention Steals Your Health, Want To Stop It?
November 3, 2008 by Carrie Tucker

Fluid retention is such a big problem because the extra water in your system is in the way! Oxygen and vital nutrients can’t get where they need to go!
When oxygen and other vital nutrients cant’ get where they need to go, you deteriorate!
If you don’t want your health to fade, watch for signs that you may be retaining water:
- When you press your fingernail firmly into your thumb-pad, does it stay deeply dented for more than a second or two?
- When you press the tip of your finger into the inside of your shinbone, does your nail make a dent?
- Do your ankles ever swell?
- Does your shoe size increase as you get older?
- Do your rings sometimes not fit?
- Is your tummy ever tight and swollen?
- For women, do you suffer from breast tenderness?
- Does your weight fluctuate by several pound within the space of only twenty-four hours?
You should be concerned if you recognize water retention symptoms, even if your doctor isn’t!
If your symptoms are mild, make sure you pay close attention to: Read more
Can Heart Disease Lead To Heart Failure?

Heart disease doesn’t get much news coverage unless someone famous dies of it. We don’t wear pink ribbons to bring awareness to it either, but heart disease is still the number one cause of death in the western world.
You can have advanced heart disease and be unaware of it. The first sign of heart disease many times is a heart attack.
Heart Attack is a major cause of heart failure!
Some treatments for heart disease actually contribute to heart failure!
The hundreds of patients that I saw over a decade rarely made significant changes in diet and lifestyle before being prescribed drugs, and soon after started experiencing side effects from those drugs.
Many of them had surgery as well.
Much quality of life is lost when health building efforts are abandoned for harsh drugs and traumatic surgeries. Read more
