Is what you eat healthy?

Are you a junk food junkie, or do you try to eat a healthy, well-balanced diet?

How do you know that what you are eating is actually healthy for you?

Go into your kitchen and look in your refrigerator and pantry.

Do you know what types of things should NOT be there?

Contrary to the lovely television commercials reassuring you that corn syrup is safe….. that is the first thing I recommend that you search for and illuminate from your kitchen.

When you begin searching, you will see that it is in everything!

Insulin resistance is definitely a contributing factor to heart failure, and diabetes, as well as a laundry list of dis-ease.

When you are eating “just a little” of a very concentrated, chemicalized sweetener, IN EVERYTHING…. it adds up to TOO MUCH!~

If you eat enough high fructose corn syrup, you will crave it.

Get it out of your kitchen.

The encouraging thing is that since it is in SO many foods, by watching for that one ingredient, and searching for healthier sweeteners in alternative products, you can make a noticeable difference in your health.

Look, nature made sugar in Her own way.  She is pretty good at it too.  Eat plenty of her sweet fruits and vegetables.  You will enjoy her goodies, and they will nourish you and build vitality.

If you eat a diet of highly processed and chemicalized foods, odds are your palate is coated with yeasty build up so that you aren’t enjoying how wonderful Mother Nature’s goodies taste!

Disgusting but true!

Increase your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables and your palate will be washed clean so that you can actually taste the wonderful subtle flavors of natural foods. (Organic foods are much more tasty than genetically modified foods as well!)

Carbonated beverages are another thing that you really should keep out of your kitchen.  Even if they are sweetened with concentrated fruit juice, the carbonation is not healthy.

Want more energy?

Remove carbonated beverages and all white flour foods from your kitchen.

Your energy level will increase quickly! Prove it to yourself!

White flour foods do not provide you with nourishing calories!

They can not contribute to your health. Remove white flour foods and carbonated beverages and you will transform your energy level.

The twinkle in your eye and the spring in your step will be worth the sacrifice!

Replacing undesirable foods with wholesome foods will play a big role in your healthy diet plan.

Every time you resist health robbing foods, and choose fruits and vegetables instead, you improve your health instead of add to your distress.

If you remove from your kitchen all of the junk foods that tempt you, and only eat them when you are not at your home…. you will eat far less of these unhealthy foods.

It will be soooo much easier to choose healthy snacks when they aren’t hidden behind the potato chips and candy.

What food to you need to stock in your kitchen in order to support a healthy diet plan?

The good news here is that there are many choices to choose from when stocking healthy foods in your kitchen.

A healthy diet plan is only possible if you plan ahead.

Can a Detox Diet Help You Bring Your Life Into Focus?

There aren’t enough hours in the day!

Seriously!  How do YOU get everything done?

Do you ever feel like you are chasing your tail?

That tail chasing feeling is usually accompanied by the nagging feeling that you are forgetting something.

What a bummer when you ARE forgetting something!

Like your supplements or medication! … Need a reminder service?

That can be arranged… but what do you do if you are forgetting to breathe?!

I don’t mean the minimal breathing that keeps us alive.

Breathing is automatic.  If we had to remember to breathe, we would die.

Athletes and singers think about their breathing.  They practice at building their breath.  However, most people don’t realize they are not breathing effectively.

You’d feel a lot better if you were using your lungs to their full capacity!

There is great value in a breath building program!

Would you like more energy, more calm confidence, the ability to recover your well being?!

That is what a breath building program can do for you.

However….

The problem is that unless you have some ulterior motive to improve performance, or your singing voice, you’re not likely to stick with the application of breath building exercises.

Do you really care how you sound in the shower?

You are just not likely to give breath building your time.

Even if you are really suffering, you may not notice quickly enough  improvement in how you feel to motivate you to continue doing it.

So how can you benefit from better breathing if you don’t have the motivation to accomplish it?

The number one reason that you hold your breath… is tension.

Reducing your tension will increase the size of your breath, because your rigid muscles will no longer be squeezing the life out of you!

RELAX!  So that YOU can breathe a sigh of relief!

The cause of your tension could be obvious… or not.

Consistent relaxation practice is the only way to make progress!

If you reduce your tension you breathe more deeply.

“Practice relaxing?  I think I know how to do that!”

Don’t be insulted, I know that you know how to relax; however, I’m asking you to make time each day to devote to releasing the tension that is constantly building.

Simply committing to consistent practice will get you the results you need!  I really want that for you.

Relaxation is not something anyone can give you.  It is something you have to do for yourself.

Give yourself health building, stress reducing, life saving RELAXATION!

  • You must work at this.
  • You can’t find it in a pill.
  • There is no magic yoga posture.
  • Every method requires consistent practice.
  • Guided meditation, or meditation technology is helpful only when you use it consistently.
  • Adequate sleep is necessary to achieve any significant level of relaxation.
  • Facing your emotions is the only way to release tension.

Okay, hold the phone here.

How do you consistently practice relaxing if you are ants in the pants uncomfortable to sit in quiet stillness?

REALLY good question!

How do you do ANYTHING that makes you ants in the pants uncomfortable?

Let me ask you a question.

Are you sick and tired of being tense, stiff, and downright irritable?

Do you have really nice friends who are often outwardly irritable?

Are some people just hopelessly stiff, prone to bouts of bitchiness, and cursed to a life of pain and misery?

How can your lovely friends achieve quiet stillness so that they can release those trapped emotions that are plaguing them?

Can a detox diet really help to bring you to a place of focused quiet stillness?
