Are Anxiety, Fear and Restlessness Harming Your Relationships And Your Health?

Do you “hermit” away from the world when you are run down and tired?

Well I do.  It is a hard habit to break.

If I don’t take care of myself, I disconnect from friends and family that I treasure, because I don’t have the energy to nurture those important relationships.

I disconnect from the world and attempt to nurture myself by hiding.  (I tell myself it’s resting and reorganizing.)

Some folks recharge by spending time with friends.

How do you recharge?

If you are a care giver, odds are you don’t devote ANY time to recharging.

You just trudge through your life, dragging yourself from one task to the next.

The problem is, IF not taking care of yourself is a habit, then the symptoms of feeling run down and all around lousy start to feel normal.

Everything is relative right?

When you are at the end of your rope, anxiety, fear and restlessness keep you from slowing down enough to refuel.

Ignoring self care results in symptoms of disease!

Do you FEEL:

  • tired
  • foggy (hard to focus)
  • heavy
  • irritable
  • addicted to caffeine
  • fearful and anxious
  • moody
  • restless despite your fatigue

Seriously …. take a hard look at it.

Do you feel cranky by the end of the day?

Do you have a tough time sleeping?

It’s not just a normal part of the aging process, your personality, or anything you have to live with!

You CAN Feel Better

You Owe It To Yourself to Find Out How!

Any chronic health issues start with the basics.

Feeling better is about getting back to the basics.

It’s really just that simple.

Urgent Critical Advice

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

If you have water collecting around your ankles to the point that you can’t see your ankle bone, you are also suffering from incredible exhaustion, confusion, and depression.

Water retention is a huge hazard to your health because it interferes with the absorption of vital nutrients.

When it advances to the point that your ankle bone is no longer visable, you have a serious health concern.

When fluid begins to collect in your lungs, it will rob you of life giving oxygen.

You are running out of time!

Seek information and counsel on your water retention issues and get the care you need right away!

==========================================

Start Where You Are!

There are many simple things that you can do every day to FEEL better!

Step 1

Witness your feelings!

Journal your feelings.  Physical and emotional feelings are the sign posts to living better and feeling better.

If you are numb and in denial, you are stuck.

Ask yourself…

How am I feeling in my body, mind and soul?

Step 2

Release!

What you resist persists, allow whatever you see.

Accept your feelings.

Step 3

Notice.

Are there patterns in your life that repeat themselves in all the various aspects of work and personal relationships?

Is your focus on you or someone else?

You can only fix you.  Make sure you stay out of other people’s feelings.  You can support them, but you have no business fixing anybody but you.

What might your feelings be trying to tell you?

Don’t over analyze.

Maybe your feelings stem from being tired and depleted.

Step 4

Respond.

Choose to respond to your feelings instead of react to the external forces that you feel throughout your day.

Nutrition can really play a part here, as can rest and relaxation.

If you are stretched beyond your coping limits, you do not have access to a controlled response.

Take a breath and make some space for stillness.

You will find your inner guidance and peace.

Your response will be much better when you come from your heart.

Step 5

Evaluate

You can’t build on your progress until you acknowledge it.

Record your progress if possible, so that you can literally measure your growth.

Step 6

Love Yourself

All love starts with self love.

If you can’t love yourself, you can’t give or receive love from anyone else.

Step 7

Nurture Yourself

The “Urgent Critical Advice” above concerning water retention is nothing to take lightly.  Water retention can stem from poor nutrition and lack of sleep among many other things.

When you get still, you will know what you need.

Be open to healing whether it comes from a medical doctor, or an unfamiliar “alternative” healer.

Nutritionists can save your life, and much healing is accomplished during a single massage.

Pure water, whole foods and sunshine are a good start to meeting your needs so that you can settle down and rest.

Your relationships are only as healthy as you are!

Chronic anxiety, fear and restlessness are symptoms of disease, and are remedied by meeting your needs!

When the student is ready ….. the teacher appears.

I am a very caring teacher.

Are you ready?

Learning what to do is only half the battle.

You have to care about yourself enough to make good choices for yourself.

Take care of yourself, so you can do the good work you came here to do.

The world needs purposeful people.

Nurture yourself so that your purpose nurtures the world.

Many blessings,

Carrie
