Do You Want Less Stress In Your Life?
If you want less stress, then choose it. Choose less stress.
You can choose to grow from beneficial stress, and release destructive stress. You have all the tools you need to make that happen.
Oh, life gives you a certain amount of stress. The only time you truly have no stress is when you are dead. Your stress load is your reality.
Whatever that looks like in your life, I trust that it has been made so, for your highest good. You have manifested what you need the most.
If you accept every situation, you can receive every lesson. If you have done all that you can do in any situation, then it is time to find stillness so that you may receive those lessons. This is the way to manifest your highest potential.
Exercise is good stress.
If you accept the sweating and the pain in the beginning, you begin to cultivate strength which feels really good.
Emotionally challenging situations result in emotional growth.
If you are carrying a 5o pound sack of potatoes you realize exactly how much stress that is putting on you. You are walking along and you begin to sweat and you are glad to put down your sack of potatoes.
You say, “Whew!”
However when you are carrying around an emotion you aren’t aware sometimes that you can put that sack of potatoes down.
Let me put it this way,
We are electrical beings, electricity is our power supply.
Emotions are magnetic. Your feelings are your compass to get you to your highest potential in all aspects of your life. When emotions arise they are meant to be used for the purpose of clearing old energy, and bringing focus in your life.
However, holding that magnetic energy within your electrical being will wreak havoc on you!
Your feelings are a valuable tool that is not meant to be carried around. When you are in need of direction, another one will appear the moment it is needed.
So how do you release these negative emotions so that you create less stress?
· First you must witness them. Really see them without judgment.
Feelings are only useful when they are accepted without judgment.
· Now that you have recognized it, allow it.
If you’re sad, mad, frustrated, then you just are, accept it.
· Take a deep breath and relax.
Did you loosen the grip of that negative emotion?
If not, start over. You’ll get there.
When you can finally unlock and release, you will feel a shift in the right direction.
· Only when you get to this point should you take any necessary action or say what needs to be said. It is at this point that all right action begins, and all words come from a heart wide open.
If you keep reacting from a place of negative emotion, then you will keep doing what you have been doing, and you will keep getting the same result; which is more stress.
If you are stressed, it is due to not accepting what IS.
Accepting what is, will allow you to cultivate your Natural Brilliance.
When bad feelings arise witness whatever they show you and release them.
You will find yourself pointed in the right direction, if when you release those bad feelings, you hold a feeling of joy and gratitude in your heart.
Just remember that feeling of joy and hold it in your heart.
You are retuning your heart so that it resonates with joy and gratitude.
Just take a deep breath and open your arms.
Make a habit of it and you will be thrilled at what life brings you.

I’ve just found you via the happiness project and I agree with every word.
As a psychotherapist interested in stress management I advocate just ten minutes a day to relax as it has such a powerful effect.
