Is Passion Love?

My three year old has been passionate about flowers since before he could walk.
Every now and then we spend time together gathering a bouquet to bring color to our home.

His awe of flowers is a precious thing to watch.
Is that innocent passion pure love?
Love is your soul’s directive.
You can feel like a worn out hag at 30 something, and then find self love at 40 something, and feel like a kid again.
Passion makes you wake in the morning with a twinkle in your eye.
If it is a positive passion, it will cause you to focus with intensity, and manifest positive experiences in your life.
Have you ever heard of the law of attraction?
What is a positive passion?
That is an easy question to answer. You can tell by the way it makes you feel.
Think of your emotions like the keys on a piano.
Your emotions are vibrations. To change the way you feel, you need to change your vibrational frequency.
So back to that piano. Think of running a finger up each key from high to low. Each note on the piano is a vibrational frequency.
The notes of your emotions look like this:
- Joy/Love/Appreciation
- Passion
- Enthusiasm/Eagerness/Happiness
- Positive Expectation/Belief
- Optimism
- Hopefulness
- Contentment
- Boredom
- Pessimism
- Frustration/Irritation/Impatience
- “Overwhelment”
- Disappointment
- Doubt
- Worry
- Blame
- Discouragement
- Anger
- Revenge
- Hatred/Rage
- Jealousy
- Insecurity/Guilt/Unworthiness
- Fear/Grief/Despair/Powerlessness
A positive passion will definitely take you to a 6, and with a little focus a 4 or above!
Positive passions can be:
- sports
- creative arts such as painting, sculpting, writing, etc.
- martial arts
- dance
- caring for small children (they are pure innocence and you might find someone needing the help)
- caring for animals
- nature in any form, from hiking to gardening to sitting on your porch enjoying the fresh air and sun
- healthy loving friendships and intimate relationships
- cultivating stillness (being still in silence)
If you find a passion, cultivate that talent. That includes relationships. Positive passions will evolve through out your lifetime if you work at it and practice.
All love begins with self love.
Cultivating your talents is a great way to love yourself.
I found hidden talents right under my nose. I’ll share them with you to encourage my family and friends to cultivate their gifts.
Nick is very good at caring for animals.

My kids are always using my digital camera. It seems one of them has a creative eye.

Briana and Makayla are beautiful dancers.

One of my good friends is an incredibly talented hermit. The world is being deprived of some fabulous art work.

This is the same sculpture from different angles.
Find something that lights your fire, and keep it burning!
When you do, you have so much more of yourself to give to the world.
Many blessings,
Carrie
PS– Remember everyday:
-
Relax and Release tension
-
Take deeep breaths
-
Be active in a way that adds joy to your life
