Does Michael Jackson’s Death Get Your Attention?

A brilliant man, who’s contribution to the music world was truly beyond comprehension, has departed from this planet while on the verge of another wave of musical and dance genius.
Whatever you think of the man personally, the world has lost one of the greatest entertainers of all time.
If anyone ever united the world through music,
Michael Jackson did.
His music and dance magic was amazing to behold.
It is a sad sad day.
It is not my place to judge Michael Jackson, and I am certainly not intending to diminish the significance of anyone who feels that they were injured by the man. However, I think there is value in addressing the heart ache that came with the loss of his childhood at the hands of a cruel father, as well as the accusations he faced in court.
Emotional trauma will kill you…
if you can’t find a way to heal from it.
Have you ever hurt so bad you thought it would kill you?
You weren’t far from the truth.
Time does heal, but it also buries pain under numbness and denial.
Can you be still with yourself and feel your heart?
Can you? … or is it too painful?
I just read how “Elton John was in the middle of his annual “White Tie and Tiara Ball” when he was rocked by the news of Michael Jackson’s death”.
Reportedly he sang and dedicated his song “Don’t Let the Sun Go Down on Me” to Michael.
What a very fitting dedication.
Losing everything does feel like the sun going down on you, because in effect it is!
If you can’t find a way to reconnect when the sun has gone down on you, then you will fade or come to an abrupt end as was the case with Michael Jackson’s death.
About one third of all people who have a heart attack actually never make it to the hospital.
The two-thirds of heart attack victims who survive face prescription drugs, complications and possible heart failure in their immediate future.
Michael Jackson’s death should serve as a RED FLAG to all able bodied adults who think that they will improve their food choices, get more active, and deal with the emotions that are rotting their guts and breaking their hearts… TOMORROW.

Aloha Everyone,
I join the world in mourning the loss of an icon today.
It saddens me to hear that his personal physician was giving him daily injections of demerol, and his family was concerned he was getting too much.
If this report is accurate, there is a likely possibility that his death was actually caused from an over dose of that drug.
I re-read my post. Can’t see anything to change about it.
Would like to add one thing though……
PLEASE learn CPR!
It could save the life of someone you love.
Whatever actually caused Michael Jackson’s heart to stop, it is safe to say, that unresolved pain was the cause of his death.
Please get the help you need. It doesn’t come in a bottle, a pill, or a needle. You can’t resolve your pain with food or sex either. Reach out and connect. Choose life, or death will choose you.
Aloha;
Michael and Farah in a day. Who’s next, Patrick? The problem with age is that your friends and loved celebs drop their bodies and move on. Mortality being the state (or condition) of someone subject to death according to the dictionary.
Is it them going home? Or is it that they just shead the body and move onto the next. What do you ask yourself? What answers do you come up with? At times like this, these are the questions that I ask myself.
So …. we live on for now! Live well, love a day long and help your fellow man for he needs it.
Aloha Nui Loa

Aloha Rick,
You got that right! Live today like it is your last and you’ll never be disappointed!
A Hui Hou!
Many blessings,
Carrie
